  I just registered at this location and there is a drive through thank god. Also, it's never busy and they're extremely helpful. Love it.

  Great pharmacy until the pharmacist makes a mistake. Instead of just correcting the mistake, the pharmacist blocked me from using any H‑E‑B pharmacy again, after over 20 yrs. I am an elderly woman and the pharmacist gave me a narcotic prescription, when I opened the bottle and seen they had given me a different medication,I called and it was like an infection hit her and the man (maybe the manager)with some sort of panic. The guy (maybe pharmacy manager) on the phone was so weird and shady. I have NEVER seen or heard anything like it. I couldn’t figure out what he was yelling at. I could have just returned it and they fix the mistake but that did not happen. Maybe because it was so early. Maybe there are laws about giving narcotics to someone by mistake, maybe worried about someone figuring it out, Who knows. I have never been treated that way by a pharmacy.I was banned over their mistake and trying to cover it up. I almost made a big deal about it and called the Regional Manager with all of my proof(the narcotics that I still have in case I change my mind)but, I decided to leave a review instead. I know that if they could do this to me, I won’t be the only one. They will eventually get caught for their shady and unprofessional behavior. My recommendation is, go to a different HEB pharmacy.
