  Honestly I’ve been with this pharmacy for some time now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. This is a solid team and go above and beyond for their customers. With no judgement. I feel safe coming here. That’s the most important thing Is safety. Please don’t ever lose this team. I can’t remember names of every one but they are all memorable. I have memory issues so I see it as a team effort. Love this HEB. Anthony in the pharmacy is always on point. I have to give him his flowers and all the snaps. Today he helped make a miracle happen. This really is the only pharmacy I will go to and it’s because of people like him and the entire staff. This was an update from my first review. They are the best. You made my day today!! Thank you.

  Horrible experience with this heb's pharmacy department. My Dr sent over a prescription on the 20th and was advised that it couldn't be filled until the 23rd. Which I understand, that wasn't a big deal. I show up on the 23rd and told that they ran out of the prescription that I needed and it can be refilled on the 24th "today". This, didn't upset me either. I called them this morning about 9 am to confirm that my prescription is getting filled. I was told yes it would be. It should be ready in about an hour. I get there for my prescription about 5:30 pm. I'm then told that my prescription isn't ready? I was confused? I let them know that I called early this morning and was told it would be ready in an hr and that was 8 hrs earlier. The pharmacist then gets on the line and tells me that it can't be filled because they are not taking any new patients. I explained that I was not new and that I have gotten my prescription filled here before. He stated that he could not fill it because the last time I had it filled there was in September. I said yes, like I said I've had it filled here before and I'm not new. He just kept stating that he could not fill it. My question is why the hell couldn't someone relay this to me when I had my dr call in the prescription? Why was I getting told that it was getting filled? Why are you wasting people's time?
