  So many issues with communication and caregivers making up lies. Absolutely done with this company and switching over to a different one for help. Iv tried calling to speak to them but get no calls back so at this point I’m over it. Just so unprofessional.

  If you get home healthcare services and they set you up with girling. Health care to be the agancy that pays your caretaker 1 ask immediately for a new agency they are rudebthe superviser over ruby and ruby herself if you don't do something they want they automatically call adult protective services and health and human services on you they will harass you. To the point your gonna have a nervous break down. There very rude very unprofessional and will not stop harrassing you till you fire them and get a new agency as soon as adult protection services and health and human services. We're called n they contacted me to tell me an open investigation was open on me they both closed the case as against me immediately after speaking to me and did not understand why girling did this as I was fine and nothing wrong I was not being abused and my caretaker was doing a wonderful has worked 7 days a week for over 2 yrs not once ever taking a day off not even on holidays anyways both cases were closed imedietely and after that I fired them and ask my home health if I could switch to another company I chose a plus and they are awesome very nice and pleasant n cam always reach the person in charge so do whatever you can stay far far away girling healthcare services at all cost
