His service was exceptional in explaining all facets of what I was there for and answered all my questions!! And he gets an extremely high rating on Efficiency!! I am so happy I can see well again and will Highly Recommend Eyemart to anyone needing glasses!!
- LLLonnieAug 10, 20265.0Had the best & fastest experience getting glasses here! It was my first time getting glasses, and Joel was incredibly helpful. I’m a very indecisive person, which can understandably get frustrating for some people, but not for him! He helped me pick the best pairs and was patient with me every step of the way! He explained all the upgrades for the lenses perfectly, and was generally just very pleasant and nice to talk to while being efficient, attentive, and helpful; not just towards me but other customers that came in. I was there for a LONG time (again, terribly indecisive) but whenever he needed to help someone else he always did so without making feel dismissed or ignored. Though I mainly interacted with him, Joel and the other employees were ready to answer any questions I had (which were a lot). Not to mention, I got both pairs of glasses made in-house in UNDER AN HOUR! ~25 min each. There weren’t many customers in at the time, which I’m sure helped with the speed, but nonetheless I was fully expecting to wait a couple days and was pleasantly surprised to leave with them the same afternoon!
