TERRIBLE place to get glasses for your little ones my daughters glasses broke 4 days after getting them a screw in the leg fell off and we came back to fix it. A few days later the other leg broke off and they said to keep coming back to replace them. Picked up her second pair that was ready my daughter said her cousin broke them we brought them back as they have insurance and warranty and they said they “fixed” them so they gave me back glasses with one leg hanging off so not sure what’s they fixed. Save your time and money I will definitely never be back.

It was my first time to visit EyeMart Express. I received a cordial invitation from Arsenia to allow me to view their glasses on this day. She is very helpful and I like her selections. Also, my two pairs of glasses were ready on time! Associate: Juana M. brought them to the table for me. She is very helpful! I am so happy and grateful that I chose pretty glasses! Thank You, Arsenia and Juana M. EyeMart Express!

Exceptional service here have been coming here for many years since I was a kid. They greet you right away and you can tell everyone is a team player. Sophia helped me out so much she held my pair until I was able to get them she's very knowledge and sharp. Great team and environment.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The problem with these places are is that they don't care about their clients they only get care about what's coming into their pockets. I've always gone to Walmart for my kids glasses. Never had a problem if the prescriptions change, never had a problem with the warranty and never felt like I was just a number trying to be sold a pair of glasses. I come in with a just rare situation and your telling me you can't accommodate me buy new glasses and lenses even though it's only be 5 months and some change. I really hope that you watch my video and turn around and take your business elsewhere. I'm sure they will pay google to get this honest review off their reviews. I've been hearing Google has sells the review so you can't even be honest anymore. Dang shame! It's constantly about money and never about the pricable and the moral behind the story. I hope you lose at least enough business it causes a ripple in your company. I'm going to find a way to get some money and go to @Walmart instead!
