After 6 years of suffering pain, I’m standing on my own, no walker, no cane. Thanks to Texas Pain Partners. Pancreatic issues and two back surgeries, drs just kept increasing narcotics. I continued PT , in water, only way in could move. Had been seeing dr Mouch for pain management ( a fabulous practice in New Braunfels) he doesn’t do pain pumps and sent me to Dr Jackson at Texas Pain Partners. It’s a a relief I never imagined. The doctors are so caring and explained step so well. Seriously never thought I could live a normal life. People who live with chronic pain suffer in ways you never see. Masking so no one can see, doing things that “ need to be done” because that’s life. Trying to live normally is a challenge. A day with my grandchildren would result in a 3 day recovery. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for these talented drs. You don’t have to live in pain, take the steps. Ask your drs. Living with total mobility in Texas.

I was hopeful going into my appointments, and both Dr. Jackson and Dr. McCallister seemed kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, it was the lack of communication and follow-through from the office staff that led me to decide not to continue my care here.
I was scheduled for a nerve conduction test and called the office several times beforehand to ask what I should expect and how to prepare. Each time I was transferred to another line or sent to voicemail, and I never received the information I needed. On the day of the test, I realized there were things I should have been told in advance (what to wear for example).
After that, I was told I would be contacted to schedule an MRI, but I never received a call. I tried reaching the office multiple times, but no one answered. Also my results from first test, were never sent to my primary doctor as requested by both me and my doctor. So when I followed up with primary, she has no results and now I have to make another appt (pay again).
When my follow-up appointment was approaching, I still hadn't had the MRI, so there was little point in keeping the appointment. I attempted to cancel ahead of time to avoid being charged, but it took four phone calls, several voicemails, and finally reached someone yesterday.
Specialist visits are expensive, even with insurance, and patients deserve timely communication and reliable follow-up. While I have no complaints about the doctors themselves, the office's communication and customer service were extremely disappointing, and ultimately the reason I chose not to continue as a patient.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shaun Jackson and his incredible staff. I have been a patient since 2021, and throughout the years, I have consistently received compassionate, professional, and high-quality care.
Dr. Jackson truly listens to his patients and takes the time to understand not only your pain, but how it impacts your daily life. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping people improve their quality of life. His treatment plans are thoughtful, effective, and always explained clearly.
What also sets this office apart is the amazing staff. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone is welcoming, kind, respectful, and efficient. They make every visit smooth and comfortable, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. It is rare to find a medical office where you feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Living with chronic back pain can be difficult, but having a doctor and team you trust makes all the difference. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Jackson and his staff for the care, compassion, and professionalism they have shown me over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional pain management care.
