- CRClaudia RamosAug 6, 20261.0I would like to clarify something from my recent appointment. The doctor provided excellent care, and I was very pleased with the examination and his recommendations. He advised me to continue using my current prescription glasses, which I purchased from your office last year. However, when I requested a copy of the prescription, I was only provided with my distance prescription. I would like to know the prescription used for my current glasses so that I can order another pair with the same correction. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted us after the doctor’s examination appeared frustrated, and I was unable to obtain a copy of my previous prescription or the prescription for the glasses the doctor instructed me to continue using. Could you please email me a copy of the prescription used for my current glasses?
