The instructors for the Reformer Flow 1 class have all been knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and engaging. They monitor to make sure that movements are being executed accurately and safely. I love the fact that each instructor changes up the set of movements - there is a basic sequence that is followed (footwork, bridging, plank section, etc.), but the specific exercises are always different, so it makes the workouts much more challenging and interesting. Definitely recommend!
