- SGSara GonzalesJun 22, 20265.0I took an intro class 2 1/2 weeks ago and since then I’ve been HOOKED! I’ve done 15 classes since then, which blows my mind. I haven’t felt this good in years. The instructors are fantastic, the studio is always spotless, the staff are always kind and inviting, and the vibes are never off. These classes were the kickstart I needed to get moving again (in and out of class). Give it a shot! The worst that can happen is you get a good stretch.
