  I absolutely love Pilates. Stephanie, Judy, Elena, and Mirayam are amazing Pilates instructors. They push you to get better every class while still making sure we are doing our moves correctly.

  Makayla at Club Pilates in Alamo Ranch is an excellent instructor who creates a welcoming and motivating environment. Her clear instructions and tailored adjustments suit all skill levels, making each class both challenging and fun. With a focus on proper form and safety, she helps students better understand their bodies while encouraging positive energy. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their Pilates practice!

  Just finished my very first class with Makayla. She was wonderful and quick to give concise directions to make sure I used the correct form. I’m still working on it but I know now that I’m in the right studio to learn and get fit!

  They handled my cancellation poorly. Do not sign up because if you have a life event that puts you in a financial situation they have no empathy. I called on 5/18 at 7:48 pm and ask to cancel my membership and the young lady said she would but will would go through for May 2026 however I told her my circumstances and she said she have a manager call me back. Yesterday May 23, I called back bc I hadn’t heard back. Left a message and today May 24, my payment went through and also Craig called saying he was a manager but clearly doesn’t have any empathy for service as he was rude and very unprofessional saying he had to charge me and said there was a form however no one has sent me a form. I looked on my app and it’s the hardest to find how to cancel then I find it and say to call the establishment and there’s no form. This has been absolutely upsetting how they have handled my situation and knowing that I have been a good paying customer they still treated me very poorly. This has been so frustrating and stressful on me and I am so disappointed on how Club Pilates and their staff has treated me. I do not recommend signing up for this service

  Very clean and every one was very nice. There was no pressure to sign up and the employees made you feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to start my first 50mon class.
