  Shoutout to Nick and Rachel Had an emergency situation with my wife at University Hospital and needed a quick fix of her hearing aids. Not only did these 2 fix the problem quickly but showed great compassion and urgency for my plight. It's always nice to come across good employees, but it's even better when you come across good human beings. The only complaint I have is that it took me this long to recognize them..   I had a terrific experience with Dr. Johns. He cleaned out my hearing aids and introduced me to Super Dry Spot which takes the humidity out of my hearing aids. In addition, Araceli, in the office, was very nice and personable. I'll definitely will be back if I have any issues or questions about my hearing aids.

  It has been a few years since I’ve been seen here….nothing changed…same great service. Well yes there was a new receptionist who was friendly and knowledgeable. Roger was as nice as ever who handled my concern in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this office for hearing test and other hearing concerns.
