  Purchased 2 Infinio 90 hearing aids at this location which require advanced programming skills to utilize the high technology of these devices dealing with difference sounds and levels. My hearing aids were continually overwhelmed in high noise in locations such as restaurants and I could hear nothing. I was considering requesting a refund. I later learned one issue was a manufacturer's software problem, and one issue was programming issue. Over a year later a software update relating to Bluetooth issues that had been out for 7 months fixed one issue. After 1 1/2 years I had another programmer look at the programming issue and was able to get them programed correctly. Would recommend considering another location.
