I am blown away by how attentive my masseuse was and wonderfully I was treated. I was able to text a number for any questions, was answered promptly and kindly by Ms. Leah. When I came in my therapist Ms. Rebecca came and took such great care and time to know my schedule and how I used my body so she would get a better idea, the focus was my back and calves. After her service they were BUTTER. She took so much time and care on my back, triceps and calves which was perfect for my orientation. It definitely made me feel seen, and accommodated to. We got to casually chat and get to know each other which was nice, and a different experience outside of a spa. All in all, I am so thankful I was gifted this massage and I’m really looking forward to returning. Thank yall so much!

I received multiple emails and texts about an appointment I didn’t recognize. When I called, they insisted it was for me and said it had been gifted, so I rearranged my schedule around it. Later, they canceled it without reaching out, and I had to call to find out it had been booked under the wrong name and was never for me. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and the nonchalant response to my feedback felt unprofessional.
