Without having to ask, the pharmacist stepped up and gave me a good bit of education on the ear and how to help my daughter. He also gave her a lollipop which isn't a big deal unless you're five and then it's huge. Plus she was in pain so it really made her day. It's these small touches that set a place apart from the competition and the type of treatment I love from HEB.
