- PWPrince WatfordApr 30, 20221.0This store is horrible...... they never ha e any cashier lanes open.... go in on Saturday morning and they only have one person ringing up customers and 2 people bagging for one person when they have 15-20 people picking orders for curbside this has gotten to be ridiculous..... if you're not gonna open and lanes then self checkout should not be 10 items or less. Most times you have to stand in line behind 4-5 other people and spend so much time just waiting to checkout. Seems like they care more about curbside then they do about the customers who actually come and shop. This heb use to be my favorite store to shop groceries but not anymore
