  Just had the Best customer service experience with Billy today. I was frantic because my husband stepped on my glasses this morning and with all the details of my eyeware they could not be fixed and would take a week for them to get what was needed for my lenses. Billy went over and beyond with the brilliant idea of finding a frame almost identical to my current and popped my lenses right in...yes!!! Spending only a fraction of what I would've had to and also have to wait a week. Now that's what I call caring when someone walks in in distress....lol Billy Thank you again!

  Called to double check on my warranty and was told they would call back. 1 hour later I just went up to the store. Customer service was at least. A three star service. After I was told I do have a warranty still and they would fix them until they could order a new frame. Few days later I go to pick them up and find out they did get my frames in. May need to work on communicating skills.

  We were visiting from out of town. My wife’s glasses needed an emergency repair. They were extremely friendly and attentive, despite being busy. We were pleasantly surprised when they did not charge for the repair. If we were living in San Angelo, we would gladly be their loyal customers.

  Eye Mart Express was so helpful super busy the Day I went but very professional and accomplished our goal. Plus we picked out super cute glasses.
