The retreat I attended at Triessence was time well spent on self-care. It’s hard for me to take a step back and fully focus on myself when I’m in my own space, doing the day to day. While there, I enjoyed the different cozy spaces, the company of the animals, and the carefully crafted and thoughtful sessions Tessa put together. It was so nice to be able to reflect and share with others as well.

I attended a day long mindfulness workshop in Triessence's beautiful space tucked into the heart of Dallas. Tessa was warm and inspiring and connected easily with each of us. I came away with strategies to improve balance in my life and to take care of myself better. The day flew by and I had fun!

I went to a full day workshop, and it was foundational to my renewed health journey. I have very much needed balance in my life -- and this workshop included the perfect lessons to set me up for success. The group interaction was very meaningful, and I made instant friends. This was in large part due to Tessa's amazing presentation leadership. I have now lost 130 pounds, and I have been equipped with {healthy / wise} ways to deal with stress and anxiety, both personally and professionally. Thanks Triessence!

Tessa and her team were a joy to work with from the moment we connected to discuss our program needs. Tessa was our featured speaker for our annual fundraising event and shared her presentation “Find Your TRIESSENCE: A mindfulness journey for a joyful and fulfilling life.” She presented with wonderful energy that allowed her to connect and engage with a mixed audience—creating many new mindfulness “fans.” She also presented to our employees, offering her “Daily Reset Break” presentation. There is no doubt that everyone was touched in such a positive way by Tessa’s thoughtful tools and insights. I would highly recommend connecting with Tessa for any training needs associated with stress reduction, wellness and mindfulness. She is a treasure!
