  I saw a woman at the grocery store who appeared to be in her mid 60s and had super toned arms. I was so curious about what she did to work out that I asked her and she told me about this place. I booked a trial class the next day and haven’t looked back. I’ve been attending class here for almost 3 years. I love it so much! The workouts are really challenging, but low impact. I have tried almost all of the group fitness options in our area. I did not see results or have as much fun as I do there. The instructors are great and everyone is really welcoming. There are people in their teens working out here all the way up to their 70s. They host fun challenges that help keep me motivated, and we celebrate each other‘s success.

  The instructors are beyond amazing and every class is unique. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always get a great workout and love the variety of classes.

  The staff there is absolutely wonderful. Jasmine went above and beyond for me as it was my first time at this location. She was the sweetest and super helpful. The instructor, Girlie, led an awesome class- she had amazing energy as well! The studio is clean and well maintained. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back. Thank you Pure Barre RR!!

  Took the intro class today and absolutely loved it!! The energy is fantastic. You're definitely going to feel the burn! Can't wait for my next class.
