    Only because nothing in life is perfect I gave them four stars. However, this office comes darn close. Helpful and caring wonderful people I am happy with my hearing aids Luv that they have Bluetooth, Yes Bluetooth. I can listen to the TV without disturbing anyone. Go see them if you need them It’s worth your time and money

    I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL EVERYONE AT THE ROUND ROCK LOCATION was to Bobby!!!! Compassion and professionalism at its finest!! They took their time and treated him like the most important person in the world. You might say, well, he's a customer and paying good money, they should treat him well. But actually he was given the hearing aids from a friend because he is on disability and cannot afford hearing aids. Scott Jackson and his team did the whole shebang... tested him and programmed the hearing aids and taught him how to use them and will see him once a week for the next month to make sure everything is perfect and they are not charging us a penny. In a world where we see so much hatred and injustice in the world, it is so gratifying to see that kindness does exist. Thank you Scott Jackson and everyone at the Round Rock Miracle Ear. Bobby and I both are so grateful for your kindness and professional abilities.

    Everyone was so friendly and nice. Wish it didn’t take quite so long but for them to be thorough it takes a while. Everyone was absolutely wonderful!!!!
