  If you have hearing issues, these are the folks to see. I am thrilled with the level of service and professionalism I recieved during my visits. They are the best.

  Getting hearing aids was not something I was looking forward to. I needed them, but like many, I waited and delayed. Budget, another sign of aging, something else to keep up with, all conspired to keep me from getting them. I finally realized it was past time and since I had a family member go to Miracle Ear in Round Rock and had a very positive experience, I decided to go there too. As a first time user, I needed a full introduction and lots of guidance. I got this at the ME store in Round Rock. After a friendly greeting from Laura at the front and an easy check in, I met John Neathery. He was beyond patient as he answered all my questions and gave a great overview. Then there was a very thorough examination/evaluation of the state of my hearing (loss). The results did not surprise me and supported what my days have been like without good hearing. I decided that it was time to be fitted. The options were several and John explained the difference between each. Once I picked the option that best suited me he fitted them and went over them thoroughly as well. I was there for nearly 2 1/2 hours. I left from there hearing sounds and clarity that I had not experienced in years. And yes, a little bit overwhelming. A few hours later, John called me to check on how things were going. Another call a few days later to check on the hearing aids. I have a follow-up after a little over a week. I cannot imagine you would find a more customer (satisfaction) oriented group of folks. I am still getting used to the devices, but I am happy-first that I finally got them, and secondly that I went to Miracle Ear in Round Rock. This is no doubt an expense, but when measuring it with the quality of life change, it is worth it for me. The ME Round Rock folks exceeded my expectations and I feel they will be available in the future as needed.

  Laura and John were very very helpful. I went with my grandma to get hearing aids and they were very thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody in need of hearing aids! Laura was super nice.

  John and Laura were amazing! I came with my aunt who has recently lost the majority of her hearing. It has been hard but when we went to miracle ear Laura was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The quality of service here was great!

  I cannot stress enough how wonderful a person Scott is at Miracle Ear. My father lives in an assisted living home and Scott even visits him there to help maintain his hearing aids. It truly is a shame that many insurances do not cover hearing aids. As my father was getting older and his hearing was fading, he became more and more reclusive. Not being able to hear conversations around him and not wanting to feel like a bother because he's constantly asking for folks to repeat themselves or responding wrongly to questions that were misinterpreted. Hearing aids are expensive. No doubt here. Especially compared to ones that just enhance all the sounds in the world. From what I've gathered from my father's experience it wasn’t like past hearing aids he had. When everything is loud then you still can't always understand conversations clearly (Imagine trying to have a private conversation in a packed restaurant). When he switched over to Miracle Ear it was like night and day. They help him focus and he's able to pick up where voices come from and participate in conversations because he's hearing them and not working so hard to focus on what their saying over the clanking of dishware and conversations happening all around him. Again, No joke that hearing aids are expensive, but you're paying for the customer service. My father has an issue with his hearing aids and he see's Scott the same day or next to fix the issues. 9/10 it's user error or just needs a simple cleaning. My father is 80 and controls his hearing aids volume/programs via his cell phone. Sometimes there's a phone update that knocks them off sync with the phone but the hearing aids themselves work. This is the second set from miracle ear that my father has had. In another 3 years, we'll see if that's where his tax return will go. Otherwise... the ones he currently has will still be cleaned and taken care of, just he wont have fancier hardware put in his ears. That's what you're paying for. The care. Scott has always been so kind and caring toward my father whenever we see him. He's certainly one of the few professionals my father sees on a regular basis that we actually enjoy seeing.
