  I will not be visiting this location again. My Meta glasses developed a fault and were returned to the store because they are still under warranty. Unfortunately, rather than focusing on helping me resolve the warranty issue, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me another pair of glasses. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency during the warranty process. The staff completed the warranty form on my behalf and included information that I believed was inaccurate. When I challenged him about it after the form had already been submitted, he told me that this was simply a way to get the manufacturer to replace the glasses. I found the entire interaction disappointing and concerning. I expected honesty, transparency, and genuine assistance with a warranty claim—not an attempt to sell me another product or provide information I was uncomfortable with. Based on this experience and the way the situation was handled, I have decided that I will not be returning to this location .

  Although slightly difficult for us to get to, the store was well run and Fabian was a great sales associate. Many, many frames to choose from, but Fabian was very helpful in that regard. Many price points on frames and lenses these days!

  I visited LensCrafters on September 12, and from the moment I walked into the store, I had a wonderful experience. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady who immediately made me feel welcomed and special. A few minutes later, the store manager approached me with a warm greeting and a smile. He asked about the purpose of my visit, and when I told him I was shopping for a new pair of glasses, he asked if I wanted to use my insurance. He offered to enter my information into the system to help expedite the process and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. As I was looking through the glasses, Fabian approached me and asked if I needed any assistance or had any questions. Once I was ready to make my selection, Fabian took care of everything. He processed my insurance, answered all my questions, and helped me decide between two pairs of glasses. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and I truly appreciated his patience and assistance. This was my second visit to this LensCrafters location, and once again, I was very impressed. They always have a great selection of glasses, and the staff makes you feel comfortable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. I’m very happy that I chose LensCrafters and especially appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the entire team. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
