- MHMelanie Hayes2 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience at the H-E-B pharmacy today involving a staff member named Ruthie. Her customer service was poor — she was curt and unwelcoming, and I witnessed her ring up another customer without speaking to her at all, not even a greeting or a thank you. I really did feel sorry for the customer that she helped. Pharmacy staff are often the last interaction someone has before leaving with their medication, and a little courtesy goes a long way, especially for customers who may be dealing with health concerns. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

- VUVenkat Reddy UppalaAug 7, 20261.0I visited the H-E-B Pharmacy this morning for a vaccine, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff member who administered the vaccine was quite rude, and the way the injection was given was unusually painful. I had a very good experience here during my previous vaccination in June, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. Based on this visit, I may consider going elsewhere for my third dose.
