Got a message prescription is ready. Guy at counter told me to wait it wasn't ready. And the white jacket behind him said we are working on it. After 40 mins of asking again and again, another person behind the counter said oh it was at other heb. She quickly transferred it and gave me the meds in 5 mins. Wasted my 40 mins!!

As a father trying to ensure my family has access to necessary, sometimes life-saving medications, I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with H-E-B Pharmacy #673. The treatment we’ve received has felt, at times, discriminatory, consistently disrespectful, and outright dismissive. We have been ignored, talked over, and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than patients who need care and support. There is a complete lack of compassion and basic human decency in how customers are treated here. The service is unacceptable. The staff appears miserable, and it shows in every interaction. No one seems to enjoy their job, and more importantly, no one demonstrates any level of patient care. In a setting where people are often vulnerable, stressed, and dependent on medication, this kind of environment is not just disappointing—it’s harmful. It is a shame that this type of behavior is tolerated and normalized in a healthcare-related setting. No one should have to fight to be treated with respect while trying to pick up essential medication. The last thing any patient or family member needs is to feel like they are battling the very people responsible for helping them. We deserve better. Every patient does.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at HEB Pharmacy #673. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been frustrating due to their lack of compassion, poor communication, and consistently rude demeanor. When you’re dealing with health issues, the last thing you should have to do is fight just to be treated with basic respect—and yet that’s exactly what happens here. On one occasion, I was given the wrong medication. Because of pharmacy regulations, they were unable to take it back, leaving me stuck paying for something I cannot use—on top of having to pay again for the correct prescription. That is not just inconvenient, it’s unacceptable. Even more concerning is the constant back-and-forth between the pharmacy and my insurance. My insurance has confirmed that medications are approved and even already processed, yet HEB Pharmacy insists they are denied. I’m told by insurance to have the pharmacy reprocess it, and the pharmacy claims they’ve done so—yet nothing gets resolved. I’m left in the middle, trying to navigate conflicting information just to receive necessary treatment. No patient should have to advocate this hard just to access their prescriptions. The lack of accountability, empathy, and effective problem-solving at this location is deeply disappointing. If my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere, I would switch pharmacies immediately. This is, without question, the worst pharmacy service I have experienced.

Wells Branch Parkway, Pflugerville The delivery service is a joke. At this point they are conservatively 4 hours past time. $7.95 for this kind of service is ridiculous.
