  I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me at the Round Rock location, but he had white framed glasses and was awesome! They had the frames I wanted, but didn’t have the lenses at that store. He called a different store to make sure they had them , then sent me to the Cedar Park location with the frames. They were busy when I got there, and I was still out the door in 10 minutes. One hour later I got a text saying my glasses were ready. They had a buy one get one free special going, so I got 2 pair for $250 bucks. I will be go anywhere else for glasses, again.

  I usually have a hard time buying glasses bc I have astigmatism in only one eye and am picky with my frames, since my face is oddly round. Unfortunately, mine broke and I came in praying I could get same-day glasses that I would LOVE. “Delusional,” I thought. “You’re probably gonna have to settle.” Thankfully, Kiara was SO helpful .. what could’ve been an hour of me just browsing for the perfect pair, turned into a full 30-40 minute visit with a successful purchase! I am SO happy with the insanely good service Kiara provided. She literally picked the glasses off the wall that I ended up going with! & I only told her I was looking for a big plastic frame that wouldn’t slide down my nose. She gave me all the info I needed so I could return in the near future and make all the additions on my new glasses that I wanted to. & even saved me money bc I didn’t even think my insurance would cover anything, HA. My insurance is ALWAYS giving me issues. God is good! & Kiara is too! Efficient. Resourceful. Professional but yet relatable. Ugh — give this girl a raise. Or at the bare minimum, a bonus.🔥 So happy with my experience! Thank you, 🔑era & thank you EyeMart! 🫶🏽 got a loyal customer in me now!

  THE BEST place to find your new perfect pair of glasses (Plus a FREE back up pair because this is some sort of eye glasses dreamland ?!?) and the kindest team of people! Kiara was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door and she went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses that fit my style, my face shape, and that really feel like "me". Thank you so much Kiara!

  Price is great but they said my glasses were ready and they weren’t. I could have gone back to my office had i known the wait was longer. Everyone seemed to just be surviving. Not a single smile. When i asked for adjustments, the glasses were thrown on the counter. And it seems the a/c is busted. Maybe everyones in a bad mood from that.
