1 STAR — BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP. TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Club Pilates Round Rock, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering a membership read the cancellation and billing terms very carefully. My problems started with their waitlist system. I joined a waitlist for a morning class the night before. I wasn’t confirmed until approximately 8 AM for a class starting at 10 AM, while I was still asleep. I had no reasonable opportunity to plan around a class I didn’t even know I would be attending. When I contacted the studio, they returned my class credit as a one-time courtesy but reminded me that members could be moved from the waitlist into a class with as little as two hours’ notice. Apparently, customers are expected to constantly monitor their phones, even while sleeping. But the real nightmare started when I tried to cancel my membership. I was charged $179 for August despite wanting to end my membership. I contacted the studio requesting cancellation and a refund. Instead of resolving the situation, they insisted the charge was valid under my membership agreement and repeatedly pushed me to complete their cancellation paperwork. I eventually disputed the $179 charge with my bank. On September 14, 2026, my bank confirmed that the dispute had been resolved in my favor and credited the full $179 back to my account. You would think that would be the end of it. It wasn’t. Shortly afterward, Club Pilates sent me a past-due notice demanding another $25, warning about additional late fees. When I asked what this charge was for, I was told it was a “Returned Payment Fee” connected to the disputed transaction. Let that sink in: I disputed a $179 charge, my bank resolved the dispute in my favor, and the studio then attempted to collect another $25 related to that same transaction. I asked for a manager to review the situation and remove the fee. Their response? They said they were unable to remove it from their system. No meaningful resolution. Just another demand for money. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the contrast between how welcoming the studio was when I joined and how difficult everything became when I wanted to leave. I understand that businesses have contracts and cancellation policies. What I don’t accept is the way this entire situation was handled, the lack of flexibility, and the repeated billing demands even after my bank resolved the dispute. My advice: Think very carefully before giving this studio your payment information. Read every clause, keep records of every conversation, and understand exactly what you’re agreeing to before signing up. I joined because I wanted to enjoy Pilates, not spend weeks fighting over billing and cancellation issues. Never again.

Five stars for the team at Club Pilates Round Rock! I started out booking through ClassPass, but I joined as a member so I could consistently get into the Reformer Flow 1 and 1.5 classes with my favorite instructors. Sarah, Amber, and Mercedes are extraordinary. They bring incredible energy to the reformer, keep the class pacing intentional, and offer thoughtful modifications and challenges that help you progress with confidence. Making sure I could reliably book Sarah's classes was literally the reason I signed up. Valarie is also fantastic; she subbed a session recently and was equally impressive with her instruction. If you are looking for knowledgeable, motivating instructors who make reformer work both challenging and approachable, this is the studio to join.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve met 100+ instructors over the past 15 years & today’s sub (Kim Breakey) is by far the worst ever. Bad attitude & super condescending. Extremely passive aggressive. So rude & just such a negative vibe.

I started going to this place and I am always mentally stimulated by the variety of exercises and equipments they use. The exercises are also not something we typically do on the daily basis, or basic workouts in gym classes. This targets all the surrounding muscles on my hip joints. I moved to a third floor and have been dreading going up the stairs. After a few days of doing Pilates in this gym, I walked up those stairs with no complaining, carrying a big bag of dog food on my shoulder. My hip and back pain are way less, not completely gone yet. I am looking forward to attend more classes and observe when my pains will completely go away. What a life-saver this is. There is also an element of play that I feel which is one of the best parts of working out. It does not feel like endless grinding workout. I am actually having fun doing it. As far as their staff and the specific location, they are so friendly and nice. Ample parking, we get freebies a lot of time, and the instructors give clear and easy-to-follow instructions. I highly recommend this place and reformer Pilates in general.
