  I really love the instructors at club pilates and the relax environment they provide, but I can’t stand when things become corporate the rules they implement to rob people. For example if you didn’t do all 4 or 8 classes you have in your membership they don’t roll over to the following month. There is absolutely no reason they can’t roll over aside from them taking money from you for classes you didn’t use. It’s a very unfair business practice and makes me feel as if they are stealing my money by not allowing me to do classes the following month if I wasn’t able to do all 8. I am single mother with three children some months are way busier than others and I can’t always complete all 8 classes. Since I have started a few months age, I have lost several classes already and I hate the feeling. I think it’s also unfair if you can’t make class that you have to cancel 12 hrs in advance or you also lose the credit. Sometimes emergencies happen so again I feel robbed. Lastly, the policy to have to cancel a month in advance also doesn’t make sense you should be able to cancel whenever you want, you never know when you have to drop everything and move, it feels like another corporate rule to rob their members. Happy with pilates and staff not happy with the corporate rules.

  Intro session had a passive aggressive teacher, no music, and it was really just five stretches with a side of sales pitch. Save your time— they do have a cute grip socks selection at the front though

  Never in my life have I left a workout feeling unhappy. The instructor, Kim, is rude and unprofessional. She has multiple bad reviews on ClassPass, and it seems nothing is being done about it. I love Pilates, but definitely not this location. Disappointed.

  This was my very first time trying Pilates, I expected it to be fun and lively but it was mid and quiet. No mic, no brochure, and no friendly atmosphere. I was mainly looking at my neighbor the whole time because I couldn’t understand half the lingo they were saying. But it was awkward and I won’t be going back. I also think that 4 classes are too little for $99 per month. If we were talking 8-10 classes. Deal.

  I have been going to Club Pilates for almost 3 years now and can brag about all the benefits it has given me from strengthening my joints to giving me a peach booty I can be proud of! My favorite instructor is Kim, she pushes me every class for the better, is very good at what she does and makes us all wanna keep coming back. I hate when I have to miss her class.
