The technician who handled the delivery, installation, and pickup was professional, helpful, and arrived in a timely manner. All of our questions were answered, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would recommend them to others.

Within 2 months problems started and we couldn’t get help from the original installer. 101 Mobility stepped in and have been available for any and all ongoing problems we’ve had with this lift. Even though they have yet to be reimbursed by HARMAR, they continue to come back and help any time it’s needed. I highly recommend Julie and her team (Emanuel) at 101 Mobility.
