  I came to Barre3 to try a free trial class and was blessed to have Shannon as my instructor. I swear by the first class I was hooked! I absolutely love the way she teaches her class and LOVE everything that Barre3 stands for. Fast forward two weeks later and I am an unlimited member and I have not missed a day if I can help it! As a mom, I love that they have Lounge Play so I know I can bring my child while I work out and don't have to worry about who will take care of my baby. I love that all the instructors offer something special to each class and workout so you will never get bored, on the contrary, you will be wanting to come back again and again. If you are wondering if you should try it out, please do. You will not regret it! 10/10 this place is my happy place! I love Barre3!!

  I’m trying ClassPass for the first time and chose my first class to be here since I used to be a dancer! I’m absolutely in love! The location is great, and the studio is beautiful & clean. I’m excited Rockwall is expanding to have more fitness studios, especially pilates and women owned! Coming into this for my first time alone was a bit nerve wrecking, but the front desk receptionist and Indra, the instructor, were so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend and I’ve already booked my class for next week. :)

  I absolutely love Barre3 Rockwall—it’s truly been life-changing for me. I’ve been going since they first opened, and it’s hands-down the best place I’ve ever found to improve my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The instructors are amazing—fun, supportive, and consistently uplifting. Barre3 has helped me gain a whole new appreciation for what my body is capable of.

  Just tried my first class today! Beautiful studio, Indra the instructor was wonderful! She had positive energy and was super nice and welcoming. The lovely young lady working the front desk was very kind and answered all the questions I had. Very friendly studio. The workout was challenging, definitely felt the burn.

  If you’re in Rockwall and looking for a workout that’s equal parts challenging and uplifting, Barre3 is it! 💪✨ Every class pushes you just enough (okay… sometimes a lot 😅), but in the best way possible. The instructors are all amazing—super encouraging, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you feel strong and confident. I love how empowering the whole experience is. It’s not just about the workout—it’s about walking out feeling accomplished, energized, and honestly kind of unstoppable. Highly recommend if you want a workout that strengthens your body and boosts your mood! 💖
