I have struggled for 10 years, since moving to Rockwall, to find a great fitness studio that fits my needs and is welcoming. I finally found it at Barre 3 in Rockwall. I love the community they have built and so many members are so nice. The staff is great and helpful. I’m a professional equestrian and architect so I live an incredibly busy life, but Barre 3 in Rockwall has fit my needs for staying in shape out of the saddle!

Obsessed with Barre3! I’m not a workout girly, but used to dance at a studio and in high school. This is a great mix of bar work, strength training, cardio, and breath-work. Having ADHD, I get bored easily. The change in workout styles within one class really keeps me on my toes and engaged. I leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and ready to tackle the day. Would recommend!

I can't say enough amazing things about Barre3 Rockwall! Kelly, the studio owner, is an incredible instructor who has intentionally created one of the most welcoming, supportive, and uplifting studios I've ever experienced. She truly goes above and beyond. not only in every class, but by hosting fun community events each month that make the studio feel like so much more than just a place to work out. While I haven't had the chance to take class with every instructor yet, every class I have taken has been the perfect balance of familiar and challenging. Each instructor brings their own unique personality and teaching style, so every workout feels fresh while staying true to the Barre3 method. Kathleen's classes are the perfect amount of challenging, and she's incredibly personable. Maddie is an absolute joy to be around and brings contagious positivity to every class. Indra always knows exactly how to push me in the best way, and her playlists are fantastic. Catherine's classes are so much fun, and her upbeat energy makes every workout fly by. If you're looking for a workout that challenges you, encourages you, and makes you feel like part of a community, Barre3 Rockwall is the place to be. I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and excited to come back!
