- MGmichelle GreenAug 20, 20261.0I love H-E-B, but this pharmacy is so frustrating. I called having a stomach bug to see how long Zofran would take to get ready, and after holding quite a bit of time for them to even answer, the guy told me it would just take a few minutes. I waited 10 min and drove all the way over there. I waited behind four cars in the drive-thu only for the lady to tell me it would be another 25 min. I immediately called my doctor and asked her to switch it to Walmart, drove over to Walmart and they handed it To me. I know that they’re busy because the lines are incredibly long amd I’m not frustrated that they have a wait , I’m frustrated that they told me it would be ready, I communicated how bad I needed it to be ready before I got in the car and he didn’t even start it. It’s literally in a package. Never again.
