She handled the PD measurements, entered the order carefully, provided a detailed receipt, and helped Yuvi select the glasses shape. I am a bit old school and like things done right. I mentioned my concern about the shape alignment. Elina took genuine care, was very kind, and assured me that a plastic mold matching my son's selection will be sent to the lab and also sent pictures of the mold. Thank you Elina and Dr. Desai !
- EEEmilyApr 2, 20265.0I made an error and booked my appointment on a Friday rather than a Thursday. I didn’t realize it until I showed up on said Thursday trying to check-in. The ladies at the desk politely informed me that my appointment is, in fact, on Friday which was a shock to me - lol. Nonetheless, the employee messaged the Doctor to see if I could be squeezed in. Dr. Jagavi Nai was kind enough to see me so I wouldn’t have to come back. Her exam was thorough and informative. She answered all of my questions before I even asked them. She’s very good at what she does and it’s very obvious that she knows her patients’ needs and anticipates them ahead of time. I usually don’t look forward to an annual eye exam, but I will gladly book future appointments for myself and family here. Thank you Vision Source Richmond!
