StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Richmond offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a business and more like visiting a close friend or a trusted neighbor. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making us feel comfortable. We were extremely satisfied with both the quality of their service and their friendly, personable approach. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a business that truly puts its customers first.
- ABAda B6 days ago1.0The staff are nice, but there is no management you can speak to. You are required to cancel in person 30 days before your renewal. I never heard back from the owner, but he was happy to reply to my CC dispute stating I didn’t sign the cancellation slip (the office is 40 mins away) a full 30 days in advance. Mind you, I called and was told it would be noted and I was ok since I called 30 days in advance.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted in a way that made me feel like I had been there 100 times! I’m a disabled veteran that suffers from a lot of lower back pain and stiffness. I can’t remember the young ladies name who did my session , but she was wonderful! Before getting started she confirmed my areas of concern, and during the session before doing any movements fully explained what she was doing , and why. If I’m being honest I didn’t realize how good I actually felt until I walked out the door! I highly recommend this place for anyone experiencing soreness, tightness or stiffness. They even offer a discount for your first session!
