  Pharmacy reps sounded very condescending on the phone. She couldn't be bothered to share my Rx number and couldn't wait to get me off the phone and asked me to call the Dr. instead. Drs office has told me the prescription is confirmed to be at this HEB. This is not the first time this has happened. The staff at this pharmacy acts like customers are a burden. If this is how you treat customers, maybe they should find another line of work.

  Always fast. Even when you go inside and wait in line. They'll open a 3rd register.

  Today, I picked up my medication at the pharmacy. I said hi to a pharmacy clerk named Candace. no response, just a blank stare. 2nd time, hi, how you? Again no response, just a blank stare. 3rd time, Hi how are you? With a monotone voice, Hi. This the second time I’ve had a rude encounter with her. The first time she was trying to stare me down while I was a different clerk. I had to stare back at her and ask her if she needed anything. She acts as though she dislikes her job because she has to be there. No personality at all. I had two items and she refused to allow me to pay for them there, two items.
