- LCLori CoheeSep 27, 20221.0Very unorganized, ridiculous wait times. Don’t call you if there is an issue with your prescription. We have had issues 3 times this week! Being told the medication for my prescription isn’t scheduled to come in until Thursday (3 days) but was not going to call me and tell me. I had to ask her to double check if they have it or please transfer my prescription to another store. She came back on the phone and said “oh we have some”. Was told they only have the brand version of my medicine so my copay was higher. Paid for my medicine and she actually gave me generic, which is what I asked for. Just a completely miserable experience dealing with this location. The list goes on.
- MIMelissa InglesDec 31, 20211.0I switched from CVS because the service was awful and figured H-E-B would be better. I should have checked the reviews. 2.8 stars overall is being generous. The staff is extremely rude, they do not communicate amongst themselves and medications that take other pharmacies (yes even CVS) 20 mins to an hour to fill, take this pharmacy 4+ hours. I will be making a complaint to the board, H-E-B and any other place I have to.
