- KJKelli JurekMar 25, 20231.0I purchased a container of preworkout from the GNC in Fulshear. It didn’t work for me so I decided to return it. I brought it to this store because it’s closer and after several attempts to process the return I was told they couldn’t do it because this store and the Fulshear store have different owners and I would need to take it back to Fulshear. When I tried to return it at the Fulshear store the next day I was told it had already been returned to the Richmond store so I would need to go back there to get it straightened out. I just left the Richmond store where I was told that there us nothing they can do because they show it was already returned. I still have the item and was never refunded for the alleged “return”. At this point I’m open to a refund or exchange for a different product but the store was not willing to provide either option. I would definitely stay away from this location if you can!!
- MDMacey DavisJun 27, 20205.0I came here last month and the young girl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really wish I remember her name, but I'll definitely remember her when I see her. She looked no older than maybe 16, she had a youngish face. But, when asked (after she reassured us she wasn't offened by the question), she said she was 19. My husband and I were both surprised and highly impressed. She was very personable and explained everything patiently so we could understand. She made a lot of jokes to ease us as she could tell we were just nervous and felt out of place. We told her our wants and needs and she set up with a bit of a starter kit for our weight loss journey. Together, we've lost 37 pounds thanks to her. I'll definitely be going back once our suppliments run out.
