  All around wonderful experience! I stared with the float tank and loved it so much that I returned for other services. The red light and PEMF has helped calm the anxiety that had become regular in my daily life. The owner has suggested some new techniques and I'm excited to try them. Calm is returning to my system and I'm grateful for their services and genuine care.

  I purchased a Groupon because I wanted to try the Cold Plunge, I purchased the 2 person voucher for my husband and I. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, they explained what the voucher offered and showed us to the room. The room itself was private and it felt warm. We started off in the sauna and then the cold Plunge. The first time, it took my breath away (literally) it was freezing! I think I was in for about a min and had to get out because my toes were frozen! But little by little my time increased, my longest time was 4 mins HAHA! Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the experience and we would definitely do it again!

  I love this place and I enjoy introducing friends & family to Altered States Wellness! My sister-in-law was in town and I brought her in for a mother's day surprise. While I did a float (my favorite service), she did a sauna session + 60 minute Lab. She loved it and enjoyed trying something new! Courtney helped me book it all over the phone and then helped us during our time there, she is awesome! Also, we both enjoyed our free drinks with the service...a small added bonus!

  I found this place by using a Groupon. I went in for a free nervous system scan and to talk about what treatments would be beneficial for me. While I was there, they gave me a red light therapy session. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a membership. I love the place. It’s very relaxing and I plan to go back.

  Very quaint. A variety of services offered, Stefani was very informative and even highlighted upcoming events. I do prefer sauna and cold plunge in same room, so this was perfect. I also did the red light - nap city glorious. Looking forward to coming back to try the float.
