  I enjoyed this strangely new experience that I get the pleasure of discovering. The float was new and odd for me, but once you let go and relax it gets really nice. Great place to ease your mind and meditate on water. Lastly, I want to mention that the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. I Recommend trying it at least once.

  I’ve had a couple of great experiences at this studio - first, I booked a couples float for my husband’s birthday a year ago. We had a great time and the staff was so friendly - it was not only a fun, relaxing time but a unique experience. Then recently I went in for a nervous system scan with David - he’s extremely knowledgeable and supportive around ways to live healthy. Definitely worth checking out!

  Red light therapy is so therapeutic for me. I feel younger & lighter afterwords and I know I’m doing a good thing for my body. All the staff is so friendly, informative and helpful.

  I purchased a Groupon because I wanted to try the Cold Plunge, I purchased the 2 person voucher for my husband and I. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, they explained what the voucher offered and showed us to the room. The room itself was private and it felt warm. We started off in the sauna and then the cold Plunge. The first time, it took my breath away (literally) it was freezing! I think I was in for about a min and had to get out because my toes were frozen! But little by little my time increased, my longest time was 4 mins HAHA! Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the experience and we would definitely do it again!
