  Shana has helped me with a few glasses from prescription sunglasses to general prescription glasses for work. She’s pleasant to work with along with being honest with her opinion on selection and what may work best for me. Even my wife trusts her judgement over her own. Target does a good job of making the process easier even while working with insurance coverage. I’m a relationship based person so when I find someone I trust I generally stick with it.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Target Optical in Gates of Prosper, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Shana for her exceptional service. I recently came in with a new prescription, but I was determined to keep my current frames rather than buying a new pair. Shana made what could have been a complicated request feel completely seamless. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my new lenses fitted to my existing frames. It’s rare to find such personalized and attentive care. Shana took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly, and her positive attitude made the whole visit a pleasure. If you're heading to this location, definitely ask for her, she’s a total pro!

  I had such a great experience at Optical inside Target! From the moment I walked in, Carolina and Shana were so welcoming and kind. Carolina specifically helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fix all the issues I was having with both of my glasses. It’s not often you come across service this genuine and helpful. I truly appreciate her taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend coming here if you want great customer service and care!

  We had such a fun and easy experience yesterday picking out glasses with Carolina, she was extremely helpful and loved her energy. she went above and beyond to help me pick out a frames as I can be picky. Carolina explained the difference in lenses which I was unaware of, things light the blue light /reflective lenses. And the difference with plastic and the digital poly style lens quality.I really appreciate it thank you. I will be going back to her in the future. We need more People in the public service industry like this Fantastic Job 👏
