Very disappointing experience!
We ordered our lenses on September 15th, and we were told that they would contact us by text or phone once the order was ready. However, we did not receive any notification until September 25th.
When I finally called to check the status, I was simply told that our order had actually been ready since September 21st. If the order was ready, why didn’t anyone notify us as promised?
This is very poor communication and customer service. We expected better service and timely updates. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
