- TSTravis Sellars5 days ago5.0I've been a member for about 2 years after my spinal surgeon recommended pilates as one of the best ways to recover. I can say it has definitely made a huge difference. The instructors are very good, particularly Kara and Miranda. They just opened a new facility by my house in celina, the manager Amaly made the transition very simple for me. The facility is always clean and tidy. The workouts are challenging but not over the top. I would recommened this to anyone.
