  Made an effort to keep my appointment despite late work, but wish I had missed it. They kick you out in a very rude manner if you don't have grip socks. WOW be considerate of time, if customer is stating they take liability and are able to sign if something happens in the socks they are wearing at least consider it this is an intro class they don't know if they are switching to you yet. No law to wear grip socks for Pilates. Staff should be trained on how they interact with customers. First I heard of grip socks, a solid core member for years and also had exposure at other Pilates location and never heard of such a thing. So suggestions buy cheap grip socks online if you are considering them or be ready to spend $16-25 for intro class 👀. I was not willing to spend money on something I might never use which frustrated them.

  Here to give a shout-out to instructor Rachel M! She taught the very first Pilates class I ever took about a year ago. She’s a great instructor—friendly, encouraging, and takes the time to give individual attention and help me improve. Just wanted to publicly say thank you, Rachel! ❤️

  I've been a member for about 2 years after my spinal surgeon recommended pilates as one of the best ways to recover. I can say it has definitely made a huge difference. The instructors are very good, particularly Kara and Miranda. They just opened a new facility by my house in celina, the manager Amaly made the transition very simple for me. The facility is always clean and tidy. The workouts are challenging but not over the top. I would recommened this to anyone.

  Good selection of classes available, friendly staff, it’s getting a bit difficult to get into desired classes due to the number of members.

  I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The waitlist system is completely flawed—you don’t get notified when a spot opens up, so you’re expected to keep checking the app like it’s your full-time job. Today, I arrived just five minutes past the cutoff after rushing through traffic, and was still turned away. They said I’d be credited, but that never happened. The truth is, unless you book way in advance, it’s nearly impossible to get into a class. If you get off the waitlist at the last minute and can’t make it, you’re penalized. It’s incredibly inconvenient and unpredictable. You basically have to put your life on hold.
