- KKKaylene KingDec 23, 20252.0Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used. Waited 40 minutes today. Finally, when it was my turn I was told that my insurance wasn’t applied l. I provided my Cinga health insurance card. The employee told me she could not use it because it didn’t have a pin on it. I let her know I had a medical and dental card there is not a pharmacy card? I had to leave without my prescription because she could not apply Cinga health insurance.

- EKErin KennedyDec 15, 20243.0Giving it a three star not due to this one being bad or dirty or anything like that but three stars for them every month not having my children’s or husbands medications in stock/don’t have enough to fully fill the prescription (even when the prescription isn’t anything crazy or out of the normal in quantity) nor can they tell you when or how long it’ll be that they get a new shipment delivered of the medications…I’d usually be fine and not to frustrated about it if it were only one specific medication that my kids and husband were all on but it is 3 different medications and obviously all different strengths and quantities etc… this has been an ongoing issue for at least the last year and a half maybe even 2 years total now and has only gotten worse throughout this year. We have unfortunately had to resort to having all of the prescriptions transferred over to Jays Pharmacy in Ingleside and haven’t had any problems with not having the medications in stock or enough to fill the entire prescription. We still love our Portland HEB and HEB pharmacy but just would love to be able to have all prescriptions filled at the same pharmacy as well as not have to drive all the way into Ingleside to get only a few prescriptions each month…

There’s always a giant line at both, and honestly, it shouldn’t take 30-45 minutes to pick up a prescription. HEB Plus in Flour Bluff has it down, so maybe they can come help.
