I usually go to TSO, but they were booked until mid-June, and I needed an exam quickly after losing my glasses. I was able to get an appointment within a week, which was such a relief. A quick note: the exam area is accessed through an exterior door, not inside Target—but it was easy to find. The technician was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She handled all the initial testing smoothly and confidently. The optometrist then completed the exam virtually, taking time to carefully review everything and explain next steps. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush and even provided a referral for a dilation exam to follow up on a concern. Afterward, the Target optical team was just as impressive—great selection of frames and outstanding service. The associate helped me choose the perfect pair and clearly explained all my lens and pricing options. Overall, this was a smooth, convenient, and genuinely positive experience from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

After the optical technician has you finish the initial tests, the doctor arrives via telehealth and conducts further tests. Very professional. I'm impressed!
