- KPKelly P2 days ago1.0Extremely SLOW and do not accommodate to rush orders. I’m so thankful for my hometown pharmacy. They listen and will fill in 20 minutes or less. It doesn’t take that long to fill one prescription Port Lavaca. The reviews say it all and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this pharmacy.

I was trying to use the automated but it wouldn't work so then I called HEB and when I tried to voice that I was having trouble with the automated she just cut me off! Then I gave her the prescription number which was wrong because I could not read it, she was very short with me and said okay I found it! That was the extent of a conversation. I'm so sad that good customer service has gone the wayside of the human condition☹️

Curbside pick up is super fast, have them help the Pharmacy. Wait does Wal-Mart have a drive thru Pharmacy? I will give 1 hour of free training for HEB Pharmacy. To speed up.
