- PPPaula2 days ago5.0Did not know of Warby Parker and went there after a referral from my sister. What a refreshing eyeglass experience. I’d usually gone to another chain like America’s Best or My Eye Dr., and while it was ok, the experience today at WP was exceptional. It felt high end with very reasonable prices. Even though they were out of network, the selection and excellent customer service from Sara and team at Preston Rd, convinced us that it was worth it!

First girl that helped us smelled bad, didn’t take the right measurements, somehow accidentally put our order on hold, sent us the wrong size & then when we showed up the fourth time to pick up our correct order FINALLY, they closed at 6 (all other stores in the area close at 7), We showed up at 6:02. Three employees waved from the other side of the glass door and said we would have to come back to pick our glasses up tomorrow. I will never use this location again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

From the time I walked in, the place was clean, inviting, welcoming, and organized. The people were friendly and helpful. Ordering my glasses were quick, easy, and seamless. I can’t wait to get my Wilkie glasses in the mail.

I have always received great service from the other staff members which is why I was hoping to not have to deal with her, but however she was the only one available at the time of my visit and I was simply coming to purchase some more glasses. I love Warby Parker as a store and the product but if Michelle continues to be apart of the team it will make it hard for me to continue to go there. She rolled her eyes at me off simply questions, just made me feel unwelcomed all together. I will be contacting higher management on regards to the multiple bad experiences with her
