- KMKathy MoraleApr 19, 20261.0I've been going to this tom thumb for over ten years to get my prescription monthly, this morning, I went in to pick up my refills and needed to give them my new insurance card.The older gentleman with the beard and mustache, who is new to this store, came up to the counter and started out very rude to begin with.I let him know.I was there to pick up a prescription but my insurance had changed when I gave him my insurance card.He looked it up and said, you're already in here, and he threw my card on the counter, which as you know, is hard to pick up because of your fingernails.So I had to slide it off, then when he gave me my prescription and stapled the bag, he just handed it to me.He didn't say thank you.Have a nice day.Nothing.What the hell where's the people that had worked there before that were always so nice?And friendly
