Fitness CenterStretchLab
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Plano West offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- AAA AMay 4, 20262.0I gave this place a try. It wasnt for me. It's an expensive recovery indulgence. After some consistent months there I would say most would be better off addressing their needs via a mix of weight lifting, massage, yoga, and physical therapy. PROs: 1. Their therapist were nice folks. 2. Their approach seemed fine and perhaps marginally helpful. Like doing mild yoga or getting a periodic massage. CONs 1. They automatically, and unapologetically sign you up for an ongoing membership after 3 months. 2. It wouldn't be a stretch to suggest they are unkind if you seek to cancel. 3. They also try to sneak in one more charge when you cancel. 4. Their video tool they use to measure flexibility feels gimmicky. They claim it has validity. I doubt it. 5. The flexologist titles arent based any sort of real certifications you see for physical therapy, strength and conditoning, etc. 6. For me, outcomes werent any better than other less expensive options. (Note I did the stretches at home multiple days a week).
