  This review is long overdue (about six months, in fact) , but the care I received absolutely deserves recognition. I’ve been an ICU RN for more than twenty years, and the physical demands of the job have definitely caught up with me. Over the years I’ve seen several PTs and chiropractors, with experiences on both ends of the spectrum: some offered the bare minimum with little attention to patient-centered care, while others were warm and empathetic but lacked consistent structure. At this clinic, however, I finally found the perfect balance. Dr. Desai is an exceptional physical therapist. She takes the time to explain the entire plan of care in a clear and detailed way, and she genuinely wants your feedback. Every treatment option is reviewed thoroughly, so you always understand what to expect and why it’s being done. Her bedside manner is outstanding: attentive, calm, and reassuring. When she performs dry needling, her technique is so gentle and precise that you never feel uneasy. You can tell immediately that she truly cares about her patients’ well-being. Dr. Spencer is equally remarkable. As a chiropractor, his approach is always tailored to your specific needs, never a one‑size‑fits‑all adjustment. Before every session, he takes a moment to ask what’s hurting most that day or what has changed since the last visit. His chiropractic adjustments are never painful, and with each appointment you can genuinely feel your mobility, flexibility, and overall pain levels improving. His goal is clearly your long‑term wellness, and it shows. Like Dr. Desai, he has that rare “feather touch” with dry needling; something I’ve learned is not common. I say all this with complete confidence, having seen numerous chiropractors over the past 15 years. I also want to give special recognition to Dom, the PT tech, who played a huge role in my progress. Throughout every session, he was encouraging and genuinely invested in helping me regain mobility and function. He always explained each exercise clearly; how to do it, what it was targeting, and why it mattered. I felt safe and supported knowing he was monitoring my technique closely from start to finish. His dedication to helping patients move from limited mobility and pain back to full range of motion is truly commendable. After years of inconsistent or impersonal care at other clinics, finding a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate has been a game changer for me. The progress I’ve made here has been remarkable, and I’m incredibly grateful for the expertise and kindness of everyone involved. I can’t recommend this team enough.

  All I can say is PHENOMENAL! AMAZING! I’ve been in pain for 2 weeks and in one session I feel 80% better! I’m positive in the morning I’ll feel 100%! The professionalism and care there is unheard of. I literally bust out crying from relief and pure happiness! Special thank you to the chiropractor that explained my back and spine so thoroughly and making me feel so much better! Thank you so much!

  I cannot say enough about how incredible the whole team is here at PT concepts in Plano!! Everyone is so warm, friendly and genuinely cares about you. John is my physical therapist and you can immediately tell he genuinely cares about everyone who walks into the practice but he also has a sense of humor which I was raised on so it made me feel more comfortable when I was so anxious going into PT after a lot of past PT trauma at other clinics. So thankful God placed this clinic in my path because they are helping me strengthen my core while I am working with a pain and neurosurgery clinic to figure out what is best for me and my back long term.

  I am very satisfied with my physical therapy at PT Concepts of Plano West. John is spot on with his diagnosis and treatment options and also listens well. I am happy to get my customized treatment for my frozen shoulder and tight muscles. It's not always easy to find a good physical therapist when you have a lot of issues going on and I am happy to have connected with PT Concepts of Plano West. I highly recommend it!
