Pronto Pilates West Plano is a reformer Pilates studio offering all-day, expert-led on-screen classes that fit real life. Every class is designed, choreographed and filmed by expert Pilates instructors, then delivered with crystal-clear on-screen instruction in our premium boutique studio. New members can start with a 5-day free trial. With up to 23 reformer Pilates classes a day, 7 days a week, you can train when it suits you, from under $5 a class. If you're new to Pilates, begin with our 40-minute Orientation Class, designed especially for beginners, plus Foundation, Restore, Stretch and Open classes for different experience levels and training goals.
