  This is a long overdue post. I was a PhD student at the University of North Texas. You don’t make much as a RA/TA; so you make things stretch. It finally came to the point where I needed new glasses. I was going to view some frames here and order online to save money; but the owners worked with me to make something work.I wasn’t charity; I was treated with humanity, dignity, and kindness - like family. The glasses I got were top notch and have the right aspects for my life (e.g., blue light filters). It’s been 5+ years. The glasses are scratched and have had a good life. I just tried on a pair I got from online; I can’t get my eyes to focus well, the filter is weak, and the lenses are too small. I’m back to my old scratch pair until I can get a replacement. If I still lived in Texas, I would just return the online pair and come shop here again. The customer service is fantastic. So good that after promising to write this review years ago, I can still remember the location and that I need to do it. I would buy a pair of glasses here in a heartbeat.

  This location purchased a list of addresses somewhere and is sending spam email. I've never been a customer there, yet keep getting ads in my inbox. No thanks, I'll go to my usual optometrist, and you ain't it.

  I was so very pleased with the customer service I received by the staff especially Tare, I walked in not knowing what to expect and had all my questions answered plus received help picking out the PERFECT frame! Once again, thank you to the staff!
