  Amazing, huge selection of frames for the whole family! I found the perfect petite fit frames from the largest selection I'd seen anywhere. Dawn was very helpful and patient. My new glasses were ready quickly and I love them! I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision location at 1713 Preston Rd.

  Excellence in customer service is the standard at this location. The owners, Dawn and Jeff, are knowledgeable about their eyewear and assisted me in choosing the perfect frames for me. They also helped with my vision insurance coverage as well as assuring my prescription was aligned with my choice of frames. When they arrived, they made sure my frames were adjusted to my face and offered to make alterations, if needed. I have loved my Silhouette frames, with perfect fit sunshades, and will return to see Dawn and Jeff when I or a family member needs new glasses or contact lenses. Highly recommend this Pearle location😎

  I wish there were a way for me to give negative stars! I have NEVER written a bad review for any company because I understand mistakes happen and sometimes people are just having a bad day, but to have had HORRIBLE customer service from THREE employees at this branch of Pearle Vision on several occasions makes it clear that this is a poorly run establishment. I started my journey of getting glasses in December 2015 and literally just picked them up less than an 2 hours ago. They put the wrong prescription in one of my lenses and when I told them I couldn't see, they insisted I needed to just give myself time to get adjusted. There was no sense of remorse or of urgency for that matter to rectify the issue. The manager is very rude and unaccommodating and two other regular employees I dealt with need to look for new jobs not involving customer service/satisfaction as they are both extremely condescending & unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

  Very good customer service and prices! If you are looking for good eye wear, this store has got it. The store manager was the person who helped me and set me up with a fantastic pair of Tag Heuer glasses: these are nicest frames I have ever owned. Highly recommend this store if you are tired of getting cheap glasses that break or wear out too fast. Highly recommend this store if you are tired of waiting for an hour for someone to help you. Can't wait to go back and buy some Oakley sunglasses for my boys.
