Evelyn took great care of me and I was only there to have my frames adjusted. I will be back to pick up some meta glasses soon! Fantastic service.

Connie and Evelyn treated me with so much kindness. My first visit was not stellar, but when I returned, these 2 took major care of me! Their patience, knowledge and kindness will be the reason that I return. Thank you both for helping me as a first time eyeglasses wearer.

Dear LensCrafters Management Team, I am writing to formally escalate a grievance regarding a service visit to your location at 6121 W Park Blvd. #D120, Plano, TX 75093 approximately one month ago. I brought my glasses to your store for a standard alignment. My glasses were originally purchased at this same location. During the alignment process, an associate broke the temple of my frames. While I was informed that a request for a replacement temple was submitted, it has now been over 30 days, and I have received no updates or a resolution. This delay is completely unacceptable. Because I do not have a functional pair of glasses, I am experiencing the following: Severe physical discomfort: The broken frames are causing significant pain. Health issues: I am suffering from persistent headaches due to the lack of proper vision correction. Professional impact: I am currently unable to perform my job duties effectively. I have been patient for a month, but my health and livelihood are being negatively impacted. If this is not resolved immediately either through the expedited arrival of the replacement part or a full replacement of the frames I will be forced to seek legal counsel to pursue damages for the destruction of my property and the subsequent impact on my health.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
