- LLLoganAug 1, 20261.0Ive been comparing HEB Pharmacy to Walgreens for 2years and heres what i found. Somehow i paid higher prices (x1.25 - x2) at HEB than i do for the same meds at Walgreens. HEB management is just bad at this location than any walgreens in the plano area. Workers always look glum and are reluctant to answer questions/provide guidance. At Walgreens, employees were knowledgeable/helpful, a Pharmacist always offered their expertise ASAP and at HEB i had to wait 30 minutes for a Pharmacist to forget about me lol. Wait times are longer at HEB and left me wanting to talk to AI instead (and i hate AI). HEB Pharm app is trash too but Walgreens is realtime and accurate. My advice - avoid HEB Pharmacy and go to Walgreens. The rest of the store is great though just avoid the pharmacy:)
- SFS FApr 3, 20261.0What a waste of time. Don’t bother scheduling vaccines at HEB Pharmacies. Theres no one waiting, they had me wait 20 minutes wonder was clearly someone certified the vaccinate Insight working with three others. This is after I went to Frisco HEB where I originally scheduled my vaccination only to be told on my arrival this morning that they mistakenly said they had it in stock and they don’t so they sent me to Plano. Additionally, I found her knowledge about the vaccines not to be thorough. Very disappointing. So many other places to book a vaccine like Walgreens, CVS, Market Street, etc..
