A great specialty gym. The trainers are all amazing and the space is enough so that I’ve never felt crowded. Equipment and bathrooms/lockers are always clean and tidy. They have signature classes, cardio, strength training and sometimes yoga. It’s an excellent workout and has made me stronger. Try it out!

There isn't a whole lot to say about the Barre Code that hasn't already been said. In summary, the studio is one of the cleanest, friendliest, and genuinely caring workout communities you can find.
The Barre Code, while an amazing workout, is more than just a workout studio. What makes the Barre Code Plano so special is that it is a community of women that empower and encourage each other and themselves.
First, the classes. There are four main formats: their signature Barre Code, Brawl, Total Body Conditioning ("TBC"), and BarRestore. Barre Code and BarRestore are low impact (not to be confused with easy) classes that focus on isometric holds and building strength. They're great if you have injuries and the instructors will also help you with any adjustments; just let them know in advance! My personal favorite class format is Brawl - a choreographed kickboxing- based class that is great for cardio, but allows you to maximize your calorie burn with a "strength recovery" section in the middle of your Brawl routine.
The studio is also very clean and pristine - there are two bathrooms, two changing areas, and a beauty bar for you to freshen up at after if you need. Everything is always tidy and neat and the props and studio are frequently cleaned and sanitized.
Every instructor at the barre is amazing. Every teacher is unique, but every one will encourage you and make the most out of your workout. From the CRAs that check you in, to the ladies at the barre next to you, the studio feels more like a community than just a place to work out.
You will never regret going to a class at the Barre Code Plano, and you will never leave without feeling like you got a great workout and community either!
Barre3 offers an efficient workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness through low-impact isometric moves, cardio bursts, and breath work.
