I've seen positive changes in my strength & cardio capabilities thanks to B3 Strength and B3 Cardio. I appreciate how open the instructors are to modifying the moves based on how my body feels that day, especially as I've joined the 50+ crowd. The energy of the class & friendly community brings me up on days when I'm just not feeling it. An added bonus is being able to take classes online and taking classes in B3 studios across the country. 2024 Update: The Barre Code Plano has joined the barre3 family & I still love it. The studio continues to offer a great variety of formats - strength, cardio, mindful flow and the signature barre class. I can find an inspiring and energizing workout, whatever my mood. I've been a member for 5 years now and continue to feel challenged. The Barre Code Plano is an incredibly welcoming community for all fitness levels. The friendly instructors keep the energy flowing. The variety of classes keeps me engaged, while the availability of in-studio, Livestream & on-demand options means there's always a time that fits my schedule.
