I went in for ear impressions for a set of custom in-ear monitors, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The first time I had impressions taken elsewhere, I didn’t realize I needed to use a bite block and had my mouth closed during the process. When I explained the situation, Rebecca had me come back the very next day and redid the impressions correctly—and didn’t charge me anything. That level of care and professionalism is rare. She understood how important this was to me since a bad impression could mean a refit and weeks of delay on my monitors. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Top-notch customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Rebecca if you need ear impressions done right the first time. ⭐️👏🎧
